“This course helped me redefine my relationship with my phone. I wanted to spend less time glued to my screen. I was feeling addicted to my phone and was having trouble making progress. The course offers a combination of short lessons, reflections, and tips/suggestions that helped me reduce my screen time and be more mindful about how I use digital devices so that they serve me without taking up all my time and attention. I really appreciated how thoughtful the course was. The content was approachable and non-judgmental. I had seen some similar content before, but not all in one place. Plus I thought how the course combined tips/tricks with the unique reflection exercises was also particularly effective for me.
